Metrotube Sdn Bhd operates since 1996, has 25 years experience as sole-distributor for Ing Sumetzberger GmbH Pneumatic Tube System in Malaysia which have over 40 projects completed in Private Hospital, Government Hospital, Industry and Retails. We also upgrade and repair other brand systems in 8 Hospitals, which improve the system capacity up to 300%.
 
Our goal is to be the premier company in Pneumatic Tube Transport System supplier and installer with a standard of competency unmatched by rival companies with modest beginnings in Malaysia and eventually in the Asia Pacific Region.

Key Achievements:

1.In 2020, we have achieved ~4,499,584 transaction in all our Pneumatic Tube System in Malaysia like Sunway Medical Centre, Gleneagles KL, KPJ Hospital Selangor, Thomson Kota Damansara Hospital, Sri Kota Specialist Medical Centre, Hospital Shah Alam, IKEA Cheras and etc.

2.Besides that, with a reliable and efficient Pneumatic Tube System which the system uptime 99.9%, our hospital is able to comply with the Lean Healthcare concept.

3.Since December 2019, Sunway Medical Centre has been upgrading Latest RFID (Radio-frequency identification) Technology, Auto-Send and Auto-Return Function which allows users to send Carrier to Laboratory & Pharmacy without pressing any button.

4.Beside that, we offer 3 Years Rental pay by performance or performance deduction for all existing building hospitals which make the procurement decision process straightforward and guarantee hospitals won’t make a wrong investment. After 3 years, the system will belong to the Hospital.
