Andrew focuses on helping clients broaden their perspectives on value creation, covering previously intangible aspects such as governance, employee engagement, social impact and environmental performance. He has over 25 years of Consulting experience.
In 2007, he established the Sustainability & Climate Change practice for PwC in South East Asia, which he leads. To date, the team has delivered close to 500 diverse engagements, including developing sustainability strategies, improving the efficiency of companies’ portfolio of sustainability initiatives, quantifying impact, enhancing governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement, supply chain transparency and green growth plans.
For the healthcare sector, Andrew has developed corporate and sustainability strategies, including developing targets and sustainability roadmaps. He has also worked on ground breaking work to quantify the socio economic impact of a healthcare provider.
Andrew is also the Lead for the Awareness & Capacity Building Workstream for the CEO Action Network, a closed door peer to peer coalition of leaders with a purpose in Malaysia. Additionally, he is a Member of the Industry Advisory Panel for the Joint Sustainable Finance Working Group for the
ASEAN Working Committee on Capital Market Development and the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum.
Andrew took a career break 2012-13 to take up a post as Visiting Scientist at MIT Sloan School of Management, US, supporting the sustainability curriculum.
