SANCY was formed in 2017 to provide services of health information management system via information technology and business processing operations.

Today it focuses on improving efficiency for healthcare service providers through digitization. The operations of healthcare institutions involve the management of an array of services. Such as treatment, patient management, record keeping, and housekeeping which are carried out simultaneously on a day-to-day basis. Sancy provides information technology – business processing operations (IT-BPO) maintenance services and non-clinical solutions.

It also provides an integrated data and analytics system solutions between insurance providers and healthcare providers via its IDEAS (Insurance Data Exchange and Analytics Systems) platform.

Sancy owns most of its own products’ intellectual properties. It possesses in-house expertise in healthcare information management and has successfully implemented projects in Malaysia and globally for international healthcare service providers.
